App not working

I bought the app recently and it was working perfectly fine but all of a sudden when I went to use it yesterday it would never load. It was stuck at the loading screen forever even after I waited for almost an hour. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't work so I tried restarting my phone and that didn't work either. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Update Google Play store to the latest version, 10.7.19 as this resolves that issue.
