Something messed up

OK so something happened to my drastic and now I cant find the games and cant get rid of the extra folders can someone please help?

That is the root of your system. It has always been there for like forever since the phone was made.
Find the storage folder.
From there, go to either emulated or the letters and numbers that is your SD card.
