How do people get the custom cheats on their menu and how do you get custom cheats?

Update your emulator in google play. If you don't have the custom cheats in your menu either you are using a copy you have not updated in a loooooong time or your using a pirated version.

I just started to play Pokemon on drastic again and I didn't update the app, now I've updated and a got it. Thanks for the reply.
