Play save files of r4 in drastic

Hi everyone:
i have drastic and i want to play a save file of pokemon platino that i had in my r4 for my nintendo ds and i founded were the saves for drastic are (sdcard/drastic/backups) but the save file i want to play is in .sav format and i think drastic only acepts .dsv so what do i have to do?? please help
