Roms not showing up in emulator

Ive tried several diffetent methods of downloading roms and none of them seem to show up in my emulator. And before you ask, yes I have checked to make sure the files are in the right format. I extracted puzzle quest for the ds and it showed up with no issue. But ever since then I cant get any other roms to show up. Since Ive paid for this app this is very frustrating please help.

sorry but aside from supporting game specific issues, we do not support rom piracy. what i can suggest is to make sure you have a single directory for all your games.
