Hello!
This is my first post, and I apologize if this has already been asked, but I wasn't able to find it on the forums.
I'm planning on buying on of the NDS Pokemon games so that I can play it on DraStic, as I understand that's the only way for the emulator to accept the ROM (this is correct, right?)
However, my issue is that I cannot seem to find a tutorial online with instructions on how to get the rom from the card, on to my computer. How does one go about this?
Is there a trustworthy tutorial online somewhere? So far I've just found information about backing up saves, which is fine, but not terribly helpful for me right now.
Thanks in advance,
FWS

Re: How to download ROMs from game cards?
In order to get ROMs from game cards you either need:
1) A Nintendo DS and a flashcart, or
2) A USB backup device
This thread explains in detail how to do it:
https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showt ... proper-way
They recommend SMS4 (https://www.amazon.com/SMS4-times-speed ... B004FBIZC0) - even though it's advertised for backing up save games it can dump DS ROMs too.
