Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass D-PAD Controls (SOLVED)

So I realised you have to enable the button cheat for the D-Pad to work or simply download a modded ROM.

This game doesn't have d-pad controls. If it worked before it's because you had a cheat active or were using a hacked ROM that enabled it.
