Is there any other way to buy DrasticDS?

Sadly, I know this is a dumb question and I'm not really countin on finding a solution, but I have really enjoyed the demo version, and was looking forward the real version. Now, the problem is, I am under 18, and don't have a credit card (parents don't believe in spending money on "virtual" stuff). I know some games allow to unlock the full version or similar by sending a message or something, so I was wondering if there was a similar way here, or any other way. I don't want to pirate since I know it hurts the developers, so I just wanted to ask if there was a solution. Thanks and keep developing the app.

The google play store does not require a credit card in quite a few countries, since I do not know which one you are in here is google's own list.
Country availability for gift cards & promotional codes
This does not change the underlying issue of you parents not believing in spending money on "virtual stuff", but you coukd always explain that DraStic is software and the same as buying a dvd containing Microsoft Office, or the same as buying a game for a console. It is not the same as buying ingame currency which is purely virtual or skins or other micro transactions, and also as much as some (myself included) might be saddened at the slow death of physical media, most of the world is going over to digital goods for movies, songs, software, and anything else companies can get away with. None of those things are really virtual stuff, they are just physical things distributed digitally.
As far as pirated copies of DraStic go, there is an entire subforum with some interesting examples of how DraStic is programmed to screwup if it is hacked to play with out a license check, so unfortunately pirating it may not even work as a backup.

TkSilver typoed the link bbcode so heres a corrected version untill he realises and edits his post

If you live in one of these countries you can buy a Google Play Gift card with cash from a games shop, media or music shop or a supermarket or any shop that usually sells gift cards. It allows you to buy apps and play store content without a credit card. Just but a Google Play gift card with cash and then add the code on it on the play store (Redeem code) when adding funds.

Thanks for trying to help guys, sadly my country is not among those. I guess I will stick with some other nds emulator sadly, since I don't want to pirate. Thanks for the help.

There is a chinese version of DraStic.... now it is a bit out of date and I believe it is ad supported, but even out of date DraStic should work better then well every other android NDS emulator. It is also not piracy since it is an official DraStic version. It will require learning some Chinese, or atleast the layout of the options if you need to change anything, but the games should still be in what ever regional language they are natively.

Technically Google play let's you use your bank account directly, or use PayPal which lets you pay them with money order or check. It's a pain but it's worth it. This app is awesome and only going to get better. Also tell your parents that you wish to spend your own money how you wish. Also by their logic they can never purchase recorded music, or an artist's print out copy. as it's just a file.(Just different formats) And purchasing this program is supporting the programmers, much like purchasing a song supports the artist/musician that created it.
Peace, good luck

Does your mobile provider have any partnerships with Google in the form of prepaid or postpaid billing for games or other media purchased on the Play Store? In the case here in the Philippines one can have his/her media purchases or IAPs billed to his postpaid account, or deducted to his prepaid credits. Tried it with a few games and it does do the trick.
