How to use the new custom cheat feature? share cheat file?

I cant find a tutorial on it...
or can anyone share a cheat file of pokemon bw2, with TM modifier at least? or ability modifier if possible

Custom cheats make use of Action REplay codes (Action replay is the cheat device system)

Cheat files are .dat cheat files and drastic ds already has a built in one (usrcheat.dat) which should have all the cheats needed and that is available via the cheat database option
