My Pokemon black 2 keeps freezing my app.

As the title says, anytime I attempt to load Pokemon black 2, drastic freezes. Is anyone else having a similar issue? Just to warn you, I am incredibly technologically challenged. So I will need this answer in the simplest terms possible. Thank you very much in advance for your patience and understanding.
