Swap the screen in one screen mode eats my RAM

Okay, when i play Front Mission in Landscape with one screen, swapping when in battle animation then after, i swap, then repeat, it randomly crashed. I don't know? It's waste my RAM? I have 256 RAM but Front Mission works fine with some repair broken parts bugs (When any wanzers needs a repair broken parts, approach to Peewie, then i will end of my phase, player phase, it wont restore?). Why

Your device has 256MB of ram? That isn't really enough for Drastic (or for most apps these days). You should get a newer device with at least 512MB or 1GB of ram because yours sounds really old.
