We get this question a lot.
3DS is its own separate console line, like GBA to DS.
DraStic is a DS emulator, so by definition it does not run 3DS games.
Also you probably wont find a 3DS emulator on Google Play (unless you want to get trolled), because people are still trying to get a 3DS emu to run on PC. It'll be awhile.

Ok cool, thanks.

Never bothered with DS stuff before so was 100% sure.

Last time I picked up a Nintendo portable was gameboy colour. Lol

I wonder if to run statistics on this board, what would be the most asking question?

Where is best place to start with pokemon games on the DS?

Does it make any difference which one you start with?
Is there a best one?

Seriously though, it's due to the inevitable demand for playing Pokemon on a mobile device, kids included. You can blame Exo for indirectly coaxing Nintendo to come up with a smartphone game as people are clamoring for it, with emulation projects filling the void left by the big N due to their rather conservative stance on things.

Yeah I have that game (Pokemon Shuffle Mobile) on my phone. It's pretty fun :-)
