I'm In Pakistan And Trying To Purchase This App Drastic.. But It Keeps Giving Me An Error Of My Debit Ending In Has Been Declined Plz Try Another Payment Method ..
When Purchasing Other Apps It Works Fine.. But Dunno Why I'm Having This Problem With This..
Plz Help Me Guys... I Want This Emulator Very Badly.. QAQ..

Try a Google Play gift card, if those are sold in Pakistan.

Can you pay for apps AT ALL? The problem might be your debit card.

Would importing a google play card work or do google reject play cards from different countries when you try to redeem them?

It should work if you also go through a vpn. Due to drastic's small size you should have no issues with using a vpn to purchase/download it.
