I am trying to play hotel dusk and I cannot keep the screen orientation correct. I've tried modifying the layout but there is no option to rotate the screen or buttons.

In other free emulators they offer a do not rotate LCD option for situations like this and I cannot find it on this one.

Is there a way to ignore aspect ratio as well?

You can change the landscape screen layout to portrait, so it won't rotate. Open Hotel Dusk, go to the Drastic menu and click on the "portrait" screen layout in the bottom right corner of the screen.
There's no way to ignore the aspect ratio afaik. There's no real reason to do it either...
