When pressing icons outside of DraStic, is your touch still slow? You could try re-installing DraStic or another rom. And if you have one, try using a controller.

I'm having same react problem.

It happens to me on Rhythm Heaven as well. There is definitely some latency problem with the audio - i played it on my DS so i have a direct comparison.
