Ok with the new update slot2 gamepak support was added, and I was woundering if this meant that things such as the migrate feature in the 4th generation pokemon games was possible through this.

Yes that is exactly what that means. Though the exact same rules and restrictions apply as it would with a standard DS and gba cart. You also need to run it in a very specific way

1. either name the gba pokemon game the exact same name as the .nds 4th gen pokemon game you want to transfer to, or you can literally name the gba pokemon game [slot2.gba]
2. Have a .sav file from the gba pokemon game that meets or exceeds the requirement to transfer pokemon to the pal park. .Sav files are the format used by gpSP and VBA to save not savestates but the cartridge memory. I have no clue if any android gba emulators use this format... google would probably help.
3. Name the .sav file the same name as the gba rom you renamed in part 1.
4. Find your drastic folder on your device and specifically the slot2 folder. Place rom and save in there.
5. Enjoy. :)

There are also a nice list of every game not just poke ones that have gba to ds connectivity

Naming a game after the nintendo ds rom you are using is helpful if you want to use this feature for both a pokemon game and say final fantasy tactics a2 without having to move slot2.gba named roms aroind your device. If you only plan to use this for one game or the same gba game and save with multiple pokemon games then slot2.gba os the way to go so you don't have to use multiple copies of the same data.
