Glitch in Pokemon Black

I am playing Pokemon games on drastic , and they work fine , but there is this glitch in pokemon black and that is when you enter a building the cutscene gets glitchy ( I am not criticizing the emulator , it is great , I am just discussing this problem ).

Try turning off frameskip and see if that fixes the problem. The effect you're having issues with works by taking a "screenshot" of the last frame. When frameskip is on sometimes it skips that frame and that screws with it. If you have frameskip though, it probably means your device can't run the game fullspeed without it, which in that case there's not much you can do.

Frameskip doesn't really affect the speed , its already quite high (100%) , I'll turn it off . Thanks for the advice though.

By the way which one is better , Black Kyurem or White Kyurem? I know its not a pokemon forum , but please answer.

Vs other players black kyurem but for singleplayer idk never played bw 1 or 2
A good build for black kyurem i used was:
Adamant nature
Choise Scarf Item
EVS: 252 Attack/150-252 Speed/rest to either hp or defences
Iron head (deals with fairies)
Outrage for dragons or deals huge damage to non dragons
fusion bolt
freeze shock or any other move
