Asus software update

hi all, last week my asus memo pad 7 updated new software. since then drastic cannot load games anymore. i can open drastic, can select any game or savete, but then the app disapears to the background and after selecting it again, shows the main menu.
anybody any tips for me? asus is not being very helpfull. they told me if i really wanted to use drastic, i could try to go back to factory setting. well i did... and guess what... same problem...
