Why is DraStic slower on Android 5.x ?

Hello everyone, I use DraStic r2.2.1.2a on a Nexus 5, and I noticed that games like Pokèmon Black ( which I played smoothly on KitKat from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4 ) started having lags and audio scattering all over when I upgraded to Lollipop.
They are still playable, but the drop in quality of emulation is very very noticeable.
I went back to 4.4.4 some time ago, and emulation was again perfect, re-updated to 5.1 just an hour ago, and it's bad again.
I wanted to know if anyone noticed this and maybe if someone knows what is causing it...
New APIs maybe ?

P.S. This is not a critic, I appreciate the good work behind DraStic :ds: :D

If you're using a defvice with a Qualcomm SoC switch to 16-bit rendering. There's an issue in Lollipop where texture updates over some size are often very slow, and using 16-bit rendering gets around this. It's probably a problem with their drivers.

It's a shame it wasn't fixed in 5.1. I guess we'll have to wait a bit longer for Qualcomm to get their crap together. Qualcomm seems to be pretty bad with drivers, however I've yet to see a phone I'm interested in that doesn't use Qualcomm hardware.

Hm.. S810=v103, S600/800=v84 on 5.0.2 what driver revision is on 5.1 that you've tested and what GPU?
