game stuck at a loading screen after turning on cheats

I was playing devil survivor 1 and I got stuck at a part so I decided to use cheats to help me but after that the game for stuck so I restarted the and it got stuck at a loading screen with a moving nds after that it keeps losing. How can I stop the loading screen or at least tell me how to turn off the cheats so I can at least continue the game

That option is in general settings I think
