Having trouble figuring out how to import save games.

Alright, I have a .SAV file for a game that I'd like to use in DraStic, but I can't seem to find any function to import or load such a file. I also can't seem to find where drastic keeps its save states :? . In Internalstorage/Drastic both the savestates and Backup folder are empty, despite the fact that I have a working savestate in the game.

I've heard mention of a drastic folder existing in internalstorage/android/ along with other apps, but there isn't one there. The only Drastic folder is in the internalstorage section, along with DCIM etc.

When it comes to loading saved games from outside sources, such as Desmume or the aforementioned .SAV file, what is it I need to do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try the converter here:

http://shunyweb.info/convert.php

What you enter as the input type will depend on what you used to make the .sav file. Target format should be the first one (raw autodetect), but you should then rename the file to have the .dsv extension.

DraStic will work with save files that are raw or desmume style, so long as the extension is .dsv. It will NOT work properly if the files have a header in the front.

The saves are only stored on /sdcard/drastic/backup (where sdcard depends on your actual storage); originally they were stored in the app's private data but that was changed so that uninstalling the app doesn't erase it.
