Microstutter/freezes

I have a problem that occurs on all games so far, maybe once a minute, the games stutter/freeze for some second, and then it resumes. What can cause this and is there any solution?
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Snapdragon model!

This has started happening to me too with the latest update 2.1.2a (pokemon heart gold) every time i make a screen transition the sound stutters, so that's pretty much everywhere lol.

It also happens in Soul Silver, there is always this sound stutter lag everytime there is somesort of transition.

It has nothing to do with your phone, it says this happens even on the Pandora compatability list.

Its not too much of a bother since now we can disable sound without the game crashing anymore.
