Problems after switching phones

I upgraded my phone yesterday, and today attempted to play Pokémon Platinum on the new phone. Although my save file is intact, the display is now only 1/4 the size of my screen. Any advice on how to make it full screen?
BTW I did pay for drastic while on my old phone, so this is not a cracking issue, although I did see that my problem is a consequence of cracking. Is my phone reading it as cracked because I ported overy my old file? Thanks!

This sounds like what happened here:

The issue seems to be that the configuration file somehow has bad settings now. His solution was to reinstall the emulator.

Yep, COnfirmed. Reinstall is the current fix
