demo version works, paid version crashes

Latest demo version works brilliantly on my One plus One so I bought the full app. Unfortunately it now crashes as soon as I press any option on the initial menu screen.
Any advice?
App version: 2.2.1.2a
ROM: cyanogen 11S 4.4.4

Disable notifications for DraStic in Settings > Apps > DraStic.

Out of curiousity, why does this causes crashes on some devices? Bad notification service?

Could be possible. I too am running CM11 M9 on my S4 yet i see no problems with notifications and such. If it starts getting worse just find the app 'NotificationOff' on google play. This app requires root access (no problem for CM users) and u can manage what notifications are viewable or not

Is this a Android KitKat issue or specific to CyanogenMod 11?

Well CM11 *is* kitkat.
Nah ive had weird crashes with drastic as far back as 4.1.2
I havent ever run stock kitkat though. So someone who is running it stock would have a better idea about that.

I'm on Samsung stock "touchwiz" kitkat. no crashes. never had any problems when on jellybean either

It all depends on how any custom rom was installed. If the user follows bad practices (such as not doing a full wipe) there will be inherent problems. However since ive installed this M9 build of CM 11 (was on m12 but it was almost unuseable) ive not had a single problem

This particular problem only happens on certain versions of CM (maybe also other custom ROMs), if you're also using a custom system icon set. It somehow crashes then when trying to create the notification icon. The beta already has a workaround for that for a while, so it shouldn't crash anymore in the next version anyway.
