Storm Silver usercheat.dat please?

I have been lookong to see if there is a usercheat.dat to download for pokemon storm silver (hack) I have the newest version of drastic I just bought it I think its amazing so far this is the only problem ive run into. Maybe I have a bad rom file? Im not sure someone please help.

At least someone else knows how to use R4CCE. i believe my old mediafire link is still active however for updated usercheat
