PC emulators compatible with DraStic battery saves?

Probably not the usual 'compatibility' question, but...

Anyone know of an emulator for Windows that is compatible with DraStic's battery (in-game, non-savestate) saves? I already use Dropsync for android to keep my savestates synchronized across my various Android devices, but it would be nice to open up an emulator and play Pokemon on the side when I'm working on stuff on my PC. Here's what I've tried so far:
  • DeSmuME: DraStic can load battery saves from DeSmuME v0.9.10, but DeSmuME refuses to load DraStic's saves.
  • No$GBA: I deleted this approximately 30 seconds after downloading it because it seriously lacks in options and features, even though emulation is slightly faster than with the former. It also stores battery saves as .sav files (as opposed to the .dsv format used by DraStic and DeSmuME) so I doubt it would work.
Is my best option to load up an x86 Android image on my PC and run DraStic in VirtualBox? That's not really ideal but I suppose I could live with it if emulation is fast enough. Has anyone actually done this?

DeSmuME 0.9.10 was changed so it rejects .dsv files that don't have the DeSmuME header, but 0.9.9 works. I recommend using it to load the game and get the save converted, or you can use this conversion website: http://shunyweb.info/convert.php
