hi. i'm having problem with soul silver. there are no cheat to activate when i go to "cheats" but there are cheats in the "usrcheat.dat" i don't get it. it happens in heart gold too but the other games have cheats to activate. please help.

u clearly dont have the right version for the cheatslist. each revision of a game has a different Header ID (which the usrcheat looks for when initiating a list for cheats). all u would need to do is edit the usrlist data entry for soul silver and load the ROM ur using into it, it will then find the correct header for u. export/save or w/e and it should work
