Game Screens and touch buttons mismatched

Hi, I am hoping its an issue that has already been noted.
I run the screens side by side on Nvidia Shield. Whenever a game asks for a response, I have to touch the button location on the second screen to activate it. I have tried reversing the screens and have been looking for a menu option but have not found one yet. Thanks for reading the post. Hope someone has figured out a fix already.

Turn off "main screen on top" if you have it enabled. If that's not it, turn off "multithreaded 3D."
