DraStic Cheats problem

Did every single step as told in the guide: http://www.drastic-ds.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=288. One thing I did differently was that I used an app that can move around files since the DraStic folder did not show up when I connected my phone to the computer. I had to use that app so that I can move the usrcheat.dat file from the root of my sd card into the DraStic folder and overwrite the usrcheat.dat file in that folder. However, the cheats did not appear in the list of cheats in the emulator. What am I missing here?
