suikoden tierkries sound problem

There seems to be extreme stuttering when there are conversations between characters this is strange as this problem only takes place during conversations and no where else.Is any one else having this problem? im using a lg optimus g. Also this game has voice acting could this be the problem ?

There's something causing a performance problem here. I have to look into it. Sounds like the translation cache getting thrashed, same situation as Phantom Hourglass when text is going.

Don't know if it could help but the rom of that game is very large.

For what it's worth, when I unzipped my Phantom Hourglass, the slow text problem disappeared completely.

The stuttering happens when the game has 3d stuff happening with the conversation. If it is just plain static 2d image in the background, the conversations are normal.
