Landscape mode

is there a way to "lock" the rotation as landscape mode even though my phone is upright in portrait mode? or is this just a thing that differs between phones?
under general setting there is option called Landscape Layout rotation (default is auto)
simply just change it to Landscape then restart drastic and your problem is solve.
