Wi-Fi developement

Is said that the developement team is trying to emulate the Wi-Fi system of the NDS, but Nintendo is going to shut down the Wi-Fi services for the NDS (only excluding poketransfer) meaning that there will not be anymore wifi gameplay, or for the pokemon fans, no GTS on the 4th and 5ft Gen. What is going to happen to the emulator?

it will stay as an emulator. there is always adhoc mode which is pretty much the intended reason why wifi is to be supported if ever (poketrades and what not). going to the nintendo servers isnt really the goal of the devs.

Nintendo is gonna shut down WFC in two months anyway so it's pointless. :/

there should be a feature made to allow custom wifi dns so that people can use the unofficial GTS pokesav server

well, the wifi must work first and its still not the priority as theres still games to be made playable.

I said that because people said nintendo nds online will be disavled soon which would make adding wifi redundant but people can now make their own nintendo wifi servers and use a custon dns
