Yes there will be a Retroarch core of Drastic. It will release some time this year. I can't give a more specific ETA though.

Because it's the most powerful nds emulator there is in my opinion.

I'm very excited for this. I hope it works as well as the Android version because other emulators don't come close to it. Good luck on the development.
