Game Shortcuts on Third Party Home Screens

I'm wanting to put a shortcut to Mario Kart on my home screen. The problem is, it seems I can only add it to the stock home screen (TouchWiz), and I am using Everything Home for my home screen. Is this a problem that can be fixed, or is there a work around?
