Hi guys. I'm getting a weird error message while trying to run DraStic on my JXD s7800b: "DraStic could not create the files needed for operation, please reinstall the application."

If I reinstall it will run fine until I reboot the device. What's up with this? Is there a solution?

While I do not own that model, I have noticed that sometimes with my other jxd devices, it merges the external and internal sd cards so they look as one... If I take out the external ..then weird issues like that go away...

We posted on Dingoonity about it too, but it's looking like it's because the device firmware is messing with our configuration files.

What we need is for someone with this device to test it on the current beta.

Sure, I'll do it. I did register as a beta tester today and tried it out BTW. It showed a white screen and I got an error message saying it had stopped working. Tried rebooting and got the same error, so I left the beta test to be able to install the regular Google play version. I hadn't deleted those weird files people are talking about at dingoonity yet, though so maybe I should try again.

Edit. Nope, still white screen and error message.

I have an idea why the beta could fail on the S7800. I made some changes and updated the beta, could you please test the new version as well?
It might take a while for it to be available, though. You can check for updates, and also look at the 'Help' section to see the build number, which should be 26 after the update.
