Hi, i have two question, where is locate pokemon savedata(no savestate)?
And is possibile convert savedata in format to work with flash card?

it is located on sdcard/drastic/backup. it contains the same name of your rom with a file extension of .dsv
you could probably convert it. just look into the threads here for more info about that. learn to search and dont be lazy
