platinum version slows down after battles?

everytime I finish a battle in platinum it slows down and the picture gets glitchy. what can I do in the options to make the game smooth even after battles?

usually, it depends on the phone. it doesnt really slow down that much on my tab (1.6 ghz dual core a9)

You must be running a low end device because even my brothers galaxy tab 2 doesnt suffer slowdowns like that.

I found a fix for pokemon platinum all I have to do is save it then exit and continue and its all good though animal crossing is going to be a little more tricky because the way the game saves.
