my device is a mb860 (MOTOROLA ATRIX 4g) android 2.3.9

1gb ram
nvidia tegra 2
1ghz dual core

is a good device performance.
all games work now, modern combat 4, nova 3, psx, n64, nds4droid (a little slow), etc.

No there will never be a drastic for tegra 2. the reasons are already stated in the FAQs. Even if there will be, it would probably be just like any other nds emulators without any of the benefits.
