Do I HAVE to use a fast forward button to play games at a fast forward speed? Is there any way the emulator can run at 400 or 300% automatic without me pressing a fast forward button?

the next release would make it so you can play it at fast forward without pressing buttons

You can toggle it right now in the menu, press the >> button.

Could you please be more specific on how I can do that? Trying hard to find the button you try to describe but i can not find it.

To get to the menu, press the arrow button and then the 'menu' button while in-game. Alternatively, if you don't have it disabled in the options you can also access it with your device's menu button.
At the top you will see 2 buttons centered horizontally. One of them is to close the DS, the other is '>>' to toggle fast-forward.
