Hello and first of all thanks for the reply. My problem is that in some games (Pokemon Pearl) just for the little buttons disappear (XYAB, Remote- Start and Select is on Top). For other games (Animal Crossing Wide World) everything is normal again. What I'm doing wrong please?

Press the arrow button and then the 'stylus' button that pops up. That buttons sets the input mode, one of which hides the buttons.
If that's not it, did you make a custom screen layout for that game?
