They should start implementing ds wifi emulation, melon ds is moving fast and it already has WiFi emulation and an Android RetroArch core. If not careful it will replace drastic as the android emulator of choice.

There was already a discussion talking about using the MelonDS Wi-Fi emulation on Drastic.
How the DS connects to the internet is very poorly documented, so it will be very hard to make it from scratch. Also Melon DS code cannot be used because Drastic is a closed-source program.

Yeah, licensing issues would definitely be a concern, not unless exo decides to open up the source and consider other revenue methods to keep this project running.
