4 is before champ (I hope there is a possibility to start from this point and pass the main title screen without error)

it seems that your savestates have captured somethng. the 3 crases into main menu upon loading while the other crashes when i try to access menu items

I have two other suggestions, maybe that will help but maybe it's a waste of time:
1.) I take the savestates and put them to an nds emulator for windows so that I can continue playing on computer. I'm not sure if this is as easy as it sounds
2.) Get the version 2.1.1a, start at the point in front of the e4 entrance, try to pass the credits without error. But I don't know where to get this old version now

the problem is that savestates are emuator specific. drastic usess dss while desmume uses ds* which are incompatible with each other. if you had an ingame save, it is possible to use desmume or even nds4droid with drastic. also using the old version will just expose you to the October bug.

If you have a savestate outside the e4 building i think i still can do something about it coz being stuck inside the building means the october bug is kept in the savestate. at least, when outside, i can go to other place so this bug will go away.

frustrating.. you think this problem will be fixed in upcoming releases?

i really dont know. bugs captured by states basically means that savestates are rendered useless.
