OKAY obviously you messed up with cheats and can't reverse the effects if you saved in-game...

SIMPLE FIX

in drastic settings there is a setting in SYSTEM for ALWAYS USE SYSTEM TIME FOR RTC

then on your device settings DATE AND TIME tick automatic date and time.

ALSO your devices brightness settings could be the cause...I play on max brightness+System Time RTC+Auto Date and Time and it's day and night cycle in Soulsilver.

YOU ALREADY MESSED UP WITH CHEATS AND IT CAN'T BE REVERSED IF YOU SAVED IN-GAME, because some cheats are permanent and who the hell knows which cheats you applied.

It's so funny people bomb Pokemon questions to the developers and what's even funnier is that the developers always reply back.

Sad for you I play Soulsilver and got 4 gym badges pure in-game save no cheats used so I can't give to you.
