Lordus says he was able to reproduce it on a Mali-400 device (Galaxy S3), but that another Mali-400 device with newer drivers doesn't have the problem. So it sounds like a driver issue. I think he'll be looking into it more to see if he can find any fixes/workarounds.

It seems that is the issue, just tested in another Mali-400mp and the shaders issue is not present, the full name of my gpu is Mali400mp4 maybe that particular gpu has problems?

I have multiple devices with Mali-400 GPUs, but it only happens on one of them (the Galaxy S3).
It probably depends on the driver version.
I haven't looked into it yet, but will when I find the time.

Finally looked at this problem, and think it should be fixed in the next beta.
Can you try the attached shaders, and see if it works for you?
Just extract the files in the zip and overwrite the ones in DraStic/shaders with them.

Wow they work now man, great job! How did you fix it? Any chance on adding the natural filter to those? (From the shaders thread) Thanks a lot for fixing the filters.

The natural filter from the shaders thread shouldn't work on any device, it's completely wrong

I am not sure how it's supposed to look, I only corrected the mistakes:
