This site lists the correct md5sums for the German version of Pokemon White 2 and Pokemon Black 2, which don't match yours:

It's possible that your ROM is simply pre-trimmed, or has a trainer, but it's also possible that it's hacked or corrupt, which could be causing the emulation problem.

So I have to find a new source + my current progress is lost?
Which source do you prefer? (PM in emergency case)

If you keep the same .dsv (backup or in-game save) file it'll probably still work with another ROM. You just have to rename it to match that ROM's name.

The .dss (savestate) files might work too, it's impossible to really say.

Redownloaded the same file again, but unzipped it on PC. Finally works now.
