Why not using Dropsync and sync /drastic/backup, /drastic/savestates and your ROMs to Dropbox, One time configurated, you'll be able to sync all your saves and roms with a single tip on the sync now widget. I am using this all the time to sync savegames between diffrent devices. Gameboid, PPSSPP or drastic, doesn't matter which emu, gonna sync all of em^^

I am pretty sure something fast and simple is also aviable for google drive.
