I got it from Google play 7.99 and it was by EXOPHASE.

Well, if you bought it, you should just be able to update to the latest version from Google Play.

Look, the thing is, that 2.1.6 doesn't have X86 support at all. If you're running that, it must run in compatibility mode, which is much slower.
You shouldn't have been able to install it on the device from Google Play, so how did you buy/install it?
If you bought it, and have the same gmail account, that you used to purchase the app, set as primary account on your Venue 8, then you should be able to update from Google Play.

I ripped the apk from my galaxy s2 before selling it. Also I forgot my old gmail account use for purchase...

well, we cannot really do something about it. the purchase you made is tied up to that gmail account and losing it means also losing everything tied toit.
