So I am still getting getting error code 291, and something really strange I noticed while doing repeative installs/uninstalls, is that the app Downloads twice. As in it actually downloads twice, then I get 2 drastic shortcuts on the top. :?

Hey, I have had this error code 291, for pretty much a full day, and am wondering what is going. I followed your help guides from the forums and I still can't play it. Still getting this insane error code 291. Could you please help me out?

Is the purchase still pending in Google Wallet?
Can you try a different internet connection (like WiFi or mobile internet)?

The purchase shows completed as of yesterday night, and Ive tried standard mobile internet (my boost mobile network), and ive tried my home Wi-Fi, which I got a slightly different message (still Error code 291) but then message on my Wi-Fi network, (after I did the uninstall steps from the guide) said something along the lines of; "Once Verification is completed, you continue to play in offline mode". Or something like that, where as the one I have had constantly, simply tells me to have active internet connection and to make sure my clock is set up correctly.

The first message is shown, if the app can't detect an active internet connection at all.

Did you buy and install DraStic from Google Play on your device, or did you first buy it from the Google Play page on a browser?
If it's possible on your device/Android version, you can also try to remove your Google account from the device, and then add it again.

I bought it from my Device. I will go ahead and unattach my google account and re-attach to see if that works, and let you know. Thanks for responses and the help so far.

Nothing. Even After in entire wipe it did not work. Error 291 Persists. Something you might want to know, google play downloads it twice. And i end up getting two shortcuts. Ive seen it download twice.

Guys I have had error code 291 for the past 4 days, and haven't heard from you in almost three. Could you please throw me a bone here? Ive tried all you guides and advice, and even reformatted my entire phone with no luck. The only out of place thing I can notice is, like I said in previous notes, the app downloads twice on google play. Im getting agitated because I can't play my pokemons and no one can tell me why. I know its not your fault, Im just getting frustrated. Sorry if I come off the wrong way. :(
