help with pokemon soul silver cheats not appearing

I'd been playing awhile nearly halfway through the game & did one of the complete 'junk file' scans via CleanMaster. & afterwards all of my saved files for drastic, both in game & state saves, were gone. & i hadn't noticed you could upload them to Google drive or such settings like that so they're all gone & i had to completely start over. Sense then whenever i open the 'cheats' menu in the options menu (which i should add, was working right before/as this delete happened) there's just nothing. It's completely blank. Ive tried resetting I've tried reinstalling & now I've made an account on here just to ask this question. I have the latest paid version i just bought it on the 6th. Any help would really be appreciate.
