Low fps on speedup <400%

My device is Poco x2. I get around 20 fps when I use speed up under 400%, but when I use 400% or unlimited I get a constant 60fps. Can I do something to fix this? In unlimited my phone can push up to 800-900%, but that's too fast for me.

300% runs 30 FPS
400% runs 40 FPS
Unlimited runs +-900% @ 60 FPS

I would love to play 200% @ 60 FPS

Can you please provide a solution? Or a reason why its impossible?
